Rubbish & Recycling
Non-recyclable rubbish should be taken down to the first floor and dropped into the large bin that sits below the walkway to the garden. Please don’t leave rubbish bags in any of the hallways or stairwells.
The recycling bins are located between the two sets of garages outside our car park barrier. Lambeth Council empties the recycling bins on Fridays, so you might want to take your recycling down on Saturday, before the bins are completely clogged with cardboard boxes.
If a collection has been missed you can report it on 020 7926 9000 (Option 1)
If you need to get rid of large items, like mattresses or furniture, contact the council to arrange a Bulky Waste collection.
Parking
Telford Court has a private car park which is accessible via gates in Blairderry Road and then a barrier at the car park entrance. There are 38 spaces, one per flat, which aren’t allocated. Each flat is entitled to use just one car park space.
The Roof
People are only allowed on the roof if they’re doing maintenance or for emergency access to another block in the case of a fire.
The Garden
All residents are welcome to use the garden. If you’d like to have a party or barbecue in the garden, please put up a notice in the entrance halls with your flat number and contact details so that anyone else with plans can coordinate with you.
