Parking

  • Each flat is entitled to use one space in the car park on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cars should be parked considerately, within the marked bays.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £55 is payable for each access fob.
  • There is no parking allowed on the private land outside our parking barrier.
  • We will be using private contractors to remove unauthorised vehicles.
  • If a guest or contractor is going to use your parking space, please create a temporary authorisation using the form below using the email address that you used when ordering your car park fob.
