The Freehold of Telford Court is owned by 1-38 Telford Court Residents Ltd. and most (28/38) flat leases come with an automatic shareholding in the company. So the building is effectively owned by the people who own the flats. The Freehold Company has three Directors who all own flats in Telford Court:

The Directors of the Freehold company make strategic decisions about how the building should be managed. They employ a management company, Housemartins Property Management, to deal with the day-to-day management of the building, collect service charges, organise repairs and supervise major works.
